Wendy is Currently working with the W-Squared Team building the Fountainebleau Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada
She worked for a year and a half prior to the FB Project on a One Hotels Project- a Newly Built/ Renovated Resort in Kauai, HI.
She is creating a $40M Spa for
the Resort, and working as Projection Manager on many of the Restaurant Venues.
Wendy was recently part of the dynamic Caesars Entertainment Team working on...
* the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada
* Senior Project Manager using her diverse skills to manage a large team of construction professionals
* Specifically working to integrate the Operations Team with construction goals to maximize efficiency
I enjoy the fast-paced energy of Design/Build
Construction and love the comradery of our
talented team, coming together to do something
amazing here in Las Vegas.
My management style is both hands-on, and one of building relationships.
I've learned to trust the design team (while managing costs) and to connect
with all involved...including the operations professionals. They have to
work in the environments we create. That input is essential for success.
The Owner's plan is foremost, as I bring the team together to make that
vision a reality. On time, and On Budget... every detail is my concern.
