· Manage and Coordinate design with Owner, Operations, Design Consultants, Contractor and field conditions
· Design and Field Coordination with Owner, Contractor and Designers
(Architect, M, P, & E, Interior and Low Voltage)
· Quality assurance (High-End Finishes, Millwork, and Stone)
· Develop, review and coordinate Construction schedule
· Strategically coordinate construction challenges with Operations and construction teams
· Review and coordinate HVAC, electrical, low voltage, refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment
· Coordinate kitchen equipment installation and maintenance program with facility and operations team
· Coordinate spa equipment installation and maintenance program with facility and operations team
· Review, audit and approve pay applications
· Close out / reconciliation
· Coordinate Point of Sale, Security, Surveillance, Audio, Visual, Phone and Data   FF&E / OS&E
· Review and Audit Specifications
· Budget and Review and  offer Value Engineering opportunities
· Coordination of FF&E & OS&E procurement, receipt and installation with the purchasing agent
· Coordination of GC installed items
· Develop and manage security plan for installation of FF&E and OS&E
· Coordinate the installation of the OS&E with Operations- Renovation to Facility in Operation
· Work with Operations on coordinating construction activities and events scheduled in Casino, Meeting and Banquet Rooms
· Coordinate tie-in of projects while the Casino, Spa, Guest Rooms and Convention Center were open to the public
· Identify and strategically coordinate construction challenges with and operational facility
