  With twenty years in design and construction including ground up and tenant improvement experience, my focus is assuring the guest’s experience is held in high regard. My attention to detail is paired with a creative sense of problem solving.  I look forward to utilizing my diverse experience working on various types of projects such as hospitality, retail, spas and resorts. I enjoy working with all levels of the operation and design teams, and am attentive to their needs and requirements with consideration of the master plan. I have recently had the opportunity to work with the engineering department to identify and create maintenance program for the various property systems (HVAC, Life Fire Safety, Kitchen Equipment, and room maintenance) in need of a deep clean and recertification's. I have worked with sub-contractors to create and facililitate the program.  In doing so I've found the need to develop a responsibility matrix for each property.
